The rooms need significant updates, including fixing broken amenities like shower heads and addressing serious cleanliness issues!!! Also, better soundproofing would help reduce noise from the street and hallways!!!

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The location is convenient, just a hop from the streetcar to downtown! The staff were generally welcoming and helpful, enhancing my stay.

The cleanliness was downright alarming! I witnessed issues with trash and bugs, which significantly impacted my comfort.

I had a nice time enjoying drinks by the pool and taking in some sun on the terrace. The hot tub and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation after a long day. Just a little thing to note, the room could use a tiny refresh, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the amazing hiking trails and checked out a couple of cultural events at the university. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was better than expected. The location is perfect with easy access to the streetcar, great for getting around.

However, I did find my initial room a bit outdated. The furniture seemed worn and a little dusty, but nothing major. Just something to keep in mind if you're picky about that kind of thing.
